Paki in government advert

This is the ultimate joke on the nation. The paper which claims to be the biggest in the world and aims to be the best (sic) has done the worst possible thing. In collusion with the women and and child development ministry it has published a pix of a Paki armed forces man in an advert aimed at stopping female foeticide. Is is just a goof up or something to do with its Aman Ki Asha campaign? There needs to be a thorough probe for the involvement of the newspaper as well and not just the ministry which is headed by one of the most inefficient minister.
