IPL tamasha

Dont think that there is any need to point out that such a big racket like this league could operate without political patronage. The question here is that can we find out the real players behind the league hoopla. Will the government have the balls to take on its own ministers and their relatives who allegedly own a share of the tamasha? Doesn't seem so. The only casualty is likely to be Modi.

Naxal attack

The central police forces are all but sitting ducks in out battle against the Naxals. Why isn't the Central government forcing the state police to act in tandem with its police forces? Are they waiting for even bigger attacks than today's which left over 70 killed?
The two have to work in tandem as the Central forces are unfamiliar with the terrain and have zero local intelligence. Unless the state governments work in tandem with Centre we will not be able to find a solution. It is not a state level problem but a national one.
And what is with two bosses of the para military forces being brothers. Interestingly, these are the two forces which have committed the most number of soldiers to the war against Maoists.
