M K Narayanan's hacking troubles

I thought that Indians were the experts at IT and everything related to computers. We have been left behind in everything. And since when have the Chinese overtaken us in this field as well. Not everything is well when our own NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR says that top level and most protected computers were being hacked into. That too by the CHINESE. Give me a break. Smells like a conspiracy with big brother in the US watching.
