CBI fakes it

Finally the conspiracy angle has been laid bare in the high profile Aarushi murder case. The CBI has been unable to prove that the three accused, all domestic helps of the Talwar family, had murdered the teenager.
It was a frame up and a botched one at that. There are higher things at work in this case. I can't write what all has been alleged and stated by the investigative agencies in the case as it is unparliamentary and tremendously libelous.
CBI as an agency is defunct. It should be disbanded and its officers banished from police investigations as they are tools of their political masters. The botch up in this case has again proven that our investigative agencies can't handle a case in a scientific manner.
The way the Indian media houses, both print and electronic, handled the case was shameful. They went to town on any flimsiest of plant being doled out by the agency's inefficient officers. The way a young woman's name and her family were destroyed is deplorable and needs to be condemned.

Nira Radia vs A Raja

The CBI has claimed to have grilled PR pro Nira Radia. The investigative agency has also grilled A Raja, the former Telecom Minister. But see the crucial difference in the two grilling sessions. Whiel Rdaia was grilled at her farm house in post south Delhi, Raja was questioned at the CBI headquarters at CGO complex.
This clearly gives out the status of the two people being grilled. Not that Raja would have been treated badly, but how can an investigative agency question a prime suspect in a corruption case at their own house..... This is insanely Indian way of solving conspiracies. Don't ask me how.... just keep reading for more facts on the fake investigations into the scams.

Kapil Telecom meet

Kapil Sibal, the HRD Minister turned Telecom Minister cum new found trouble shooter of the Manmohan Singh, has held a meeting with top telecom ministry honchos. He met Ratan Tata, Sunil Bharti Mittal and Anil Dhirubhai Ambani on the same day. The so called main stream media reported that he wanted to clear things with the Telecom sector top bosses.
However, the buzz is that the minister has asked the three to stop their ongoing battle. The Neera Raida fallout seems to be the fallout of this conspiracy. These top industrialists were told to stop the war as it was starting to hurt the government now. Continue reading this space for further developments.

Vir Sanghvi

Vir Sanghvi of Radia tapes fame, whose column has been dropped by the Hindustan Times as a columnist has found a new savoiur. The Congress Sandesh has given him a respite. It has provided the senior editor with much needed column space.
A space has been made available to him in a seeming attempt at pleasing and accommodating a foot soldier of the party.

Congress conspiracy

The conspiracy angle doing the rounds in the political circles is that the Congress is finishing off its allies one by one. Nira Radia episode is also being seen as an attempt at this. It is believed that the GOP of India has decided to finish off the DMK with this blow and attempt to take the party's place in Tamila Nadu.
The Congress has already tried the same with Mulayam Singh Yadav's Samajwadi party in Uttar Pradesh, Lalu Prasad Yadav's Rashtriya Janata Dal in Bihar, Ram Vilas Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party in Bihar, the Left parties in West Bengal and Kerala.
The next step of the GOP is expected to hit the Sharad Pawar hit Nationalist Congress Party in Maharashtra.

2G yuvaraj

The 2G spectrum allocation scam is getting murkier. The name of a certain well known Yuvaraj is doing the rounds of the political circles. The party has gone all out to defend this fiend. The move to put HRD Minister Kapil Sibal has now been unravelled as he sets himself at home in the Telecom Ministry. His innings there seem to be headed for a long term. Unless the name of the Yuvaraj is cleared of any possible muck.

Barkhagate

"A pathetic attempt by Barkha," rightly put by N Ram of The Hindu.
The towering personalities of our media have been struck by Radia tapes. And several of these are holding onto their jobs and seeking the protection of their parent companies.
It is time that this nexus of journalists is exposed and wheeling dealings by them are brought out. Vir may have lost his column but the NDTV has so far not been able to come out with its plan of action against Barkha. Is Prannoy Roy hiding something or is he afraid of the monster that he has created? Only he can answer this. Sonia Verma nee Singh was barely visible on the show.
By the way Manu Joseph escaped unhurt for the NDTV studio and Prabhu Chawal could finally understand that no one was accusing him of any wrongdoing. Now we know all rumours about Prabhu's English language prowess were indeed true.

P.S. Barkha Dutt was able to subdue a blogger with her legal threats a couple of years ago but how will she stop this onslaught by the her own fraternity and bloggers alike. Hope she finds the answer soon.......or else Dr Roy too will need to answer a few queries.
