Floors on rent

A big media house has recently rented out two floors of its building in the middle of the city to a Government of India Ministry. The ministry is presently located in Shastri Bhawan and has rented it for use of its extensions. The two floors have been rented at a whopping Rs 93 lakh per month. An amount big enough that could build several big buildings if the government wanted to. It is known that the deal was made after an MP close to the media house has successfully lobbied for the rental contract. Sorry can't publish the names, they will not spare me as they are too closely connected to the ruling coalition.
