The timing of these cables is suspect. And I find the allegation of UP Chief Minister Mayawati perfectly tenable that there is a larger conspiracy behind all this.
It seems that the Congress dirty tricks department has been working overtime, preparing for the upcoming Assembly polls in the state.
The attempt seems feeble and one that aims to drive a wedge between the UP chief minister and her trusted aides like Shashank Shekhar Singh and SC Mishra.
