Kapil Sibal, the HRD Minister turned Telecom Minister cum new found trouble shooter of the Manmohan Singh, has held a meeting with top telecom ministry honchos. He met Ratan Tata, Sunil Bharti Mittal and Anil Dhirubhai Ambani on the same day. The so called main stream media reported that he wanted to clear things with the Telecom sector top bosses.
However, the buzz is that the minister has asked the three to stop their ongoing battle. The Neera Raida fallout seems to be the fallout of this conspiracy.
